Zumba Rocks
Get moving with our Hip Hop Zumba class, Zumba Rocks. It’s a great way to get moving, burn calories, and have some serious fun. Our Zumba classes are taught by an independent instructor (the incredible Dominique Lashae) inside the NXT Rep facility. Please stop by the front desk for more information and to sign up for the next Zumba Rocks class. You will not regret it!

Traditional Zumba
Also taught by an independent instructor (the incredible Dominique Lashae) inside the NXT Rep facility this is the more “traditional” Zumba class you might be familiar with. NXT-U Cross Training
If you’re serious, really serious, about taking your training to the next level then this is your class. It’s our alternative to CrossFit. Pass-Dribble-HIIT
Love basketball? Miss those days long ago when you’d work up a sweat on the court playing your favorite sport? We will soon be introducing Pass-Dribble-HIIT. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The class will be coached by former college player and coach, Cody Myler.
